We are looking for an experienced Odoo Techno-Functional Developer with strong expertise in both technical development and functional business processes. The ideal candidate should be capable of understanding client requirements, configuring Odoo modules, and delivering customized solutions.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into Odoo solutions
- Customize and develop Odoo modules using Python
- Work on Odoo backend (models, views, workflows, reports)

Handle functional configuration of modules like:
- Sales
- Purchase
- Accounting
- Inventory
- HR & Payroll
- Develop and maintain APIs and integrations with third-party systems
- Debug and resolve technical issues in existing implementations
- Perform code reviews and ensure best practices
- Provide user training and functional support to clients
- Work closely with project managers and functional consultants
🔹 Technical Skills
- Strong experience in Python and Odoo framework

Good knowledge of:
- PostgreSQL
- XML / QWeb
- JavaScript (basic to intermediate)
- Experience with Odoo versions (v14–v18 preferred)
- Knowledge of API integrations (REST, XML-RPC)
- Familiarity with Git version control

Strong understanding of business processes in:
- Accounting (must-have)
- Inventory & Manufacturing
- Sales & CRM
- Experience in implementing complete Odoo workflows
- Ability to gather and document client requirements

- Experience in multiple Odoo implementations
- Knowledge of deployment (Docker, Linux servers)
- Exposure to multi-company environments
- Prior client-facing experience
