We are looking for a motivated Software Engineer (Intern) to join our Odoo Techno-Functional Team. The ideal candidate should have a strong interest in using technology to simplify operations and build powerful custom tools for businesses in various industries. This role's focus will be on ERP systems and business process automation. You will work closely with senior developers and functional consultants to customize, develop, and implement solutions while gaining hands-on experience in Python and ERP workflows.
This position is both creative and rigorous by nature, you need to think
outside the box! We expect the candidate to be proactive and have a "get it done"
spirit.
Responsibilities
- Assist in developing, customizing, debugging modules using Python, XML, JavaScript.
- Work on ERP workflows, reports and integrations with third-party applications.
- Participate in requirement gathering, gap analysis, and solution design.
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices.
- Support data migration, testing, and deployment of applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (developers, business analysts, end-users).
- Document technical specifications and user manuals.
Must Have
- Bachelor Degree in BTech Computer Science or equivalent.
- Basic knowledge of any programming languages (OOPS Concepts, Data Structures, Databases).
- Strong problem-solving skills and eagerness to learn.
- Good communication skills and teamwork abilities.
Nice to have
- Familiar with Python, SQL, CSS.
- Understanding of ERP concepts (Sales, Inventory, Accounting, HR).
- Exposure to Linux, Git and Python frameworks
- Functional understanding of business processes (e.g., CRM, Manufacturing).
