Role Overview
We are looking for a Business Analyst to understand business processes, gather requirements, and help improve system-driven workflows across departments.
Key Responsibilities
- Interact with stakeholders to understand business needs
- Analyze and document workflows (sales, operations, inventory, accounts)
- Translate business requirements into system/process improvements
- Work with internal teams to implement solutions
- Support testing and ensure smooth rollouts
- Train users and provide ongoing support
Required Skills
- 2+ years experience in business analysis / operations / systems role
- Strong understanding of business processes
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable working with software systems and tools
Preferred Background
- Experience in operations, accounts, supply chain, or sales processes
- Exposure to any business software or tools
- Ability to learn new systems quickly
