Role Overview
We are looking for a Business Analyst to act as a bridge between our clients, management, and development team. The role will involve understanding client requirements, documenting business needs, coordinating with the development team, and supporting proposals for new requirements or enhancements.
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply, especially candidates with Business Analyst, Product, Project Management, or Software Development internship experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Communicate with clients to understand their business needs and requirements.
- Gather, analyze, clarify, and document client requirements.
- Prepare requirement documents, user stories, process flows, and other relevant documentation.
- Work closely with the development team to explain requirements and clarify questions.
- Coordinate with clients and internal teams throughout the development process.
- Identify new requirements or changes and assist in preparing proposals, scope, and effort estimates.
- Track and report project requirements, progress, issues, and changes to management.
- Ensure requirements are properly communicated and aligned between clients and the development team.
- Participate in meetings, requirement discussions, testing/UAT, and project reviews when required.
- Maintain proper documentation and records of requirements and project changes.
Required Skills
- Familiarity with BRD, FRD, User Stories, Use Cases, or process flow documentation.
- Basic understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Office/Google Workspace, or similar project management tools.
Preferred Background
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates are welcome.
- Internship experience in Business Analysis, IT, Software Development, Project Management, or a related field is an advantage.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good documentation and presentation skills.
- Able to communicate effectively with both clients and technical/development teams.
- Willing to learn and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic understanding of software development processes is an advantage.
